The North Pointe HOA Board consists of five directors, three of which are appointed by the class B member (Arlinghaus Builders)

The class B member also appoints the boards three officers; president. (Bob Schroeder of Arlinghaus Builders), treasurer (Ted Arlinghaus of Arlinghaus Builders) and secretary (Carey Bailey of Arlinghaus Builders)

The other two board members (directors) are elected by the HOA class A members (homeowners) at the annual HOA meeting (usually in November).  These two seats consist of staggered two year terms so that each year a term will expire.  Vacancies in between annual meetings are filled by vote of the remaining board members.

The ‘even’ year seat is currently filled by Donna Hounchell Wright.

The ‘Odd’ year seat is currently held by Eric Hendrix.
